How to Use Gua Sha

Choose Your Tool: Select a Gua Sha tool (round-headed and made of wood material more suitable for beginners)

Prep Your Skin: Cleanse your skin and apply facial oil or serum to allow the tool to glide smoothly.

Technique: Use gentle, upward strokes. Start at the neck and move up to the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Avoid applying too much pressure to prevent irritation.

Frequency: For best results, practice Gua Sha 2 times a day for beginners ( in the morning and night) for 28 days. Or you can also practice 3-4 times a week, incorporating it into your skincare routine.

Conclusion

Gua Sha is more than just a beauty trend; it's a holistic practice with deep roots in traditional Chinese medicine. By harnessing its benefits, you can improve circulation, promote healing, and enhance the appearance of your skin, all while enjoying a relaxing self-care ritual. Whether you’re seeking to reduce tension, minimize fine lines, or simply pamper yourself, Gua Sha is a wonderful addition to any wellness routine.
